I was a little late joining the party (like... a week or two) but my favorite NuPlaza memory so far overall is the epic Cheese & Linen saga that @Thalionwen spawned in Fangorn's mail room.

*dodges fiery toast bits* Yay Narvlaza! The Neverending Story in the Cottage is fantastic. My proudest achievement on the plaza to date - the security cow - was born there.

Rejoining this fantastic community is probably the best thing that has happened (all the "hey I remember you" moments) not to mention the insanity that is the discord.

I do love the security cow, the haikus, and Hobbit Insanity, even though I have absolutely no idea what's going on.

So far I'm just enjoying my/Thali's downward spiral towards Mordor. I've met so many fantastic people over there I never would have bumped into in the old days, and getting to hop around from kingdom to kingdom makes me really happy.

My favourite memory so far is when I said in my very first post that I probably would only be reading and not posting that much, because I didn't have a computer. Well, here I am now with a shiny new computer and 350+ posts under my belt.

@Elvheimdros, I had been thinking for a while that I ought to get a computer again just to make things easier. Then when the Plaza came back, it just meant it was no longer in question, a new notebook suddenly became essential. Got a good deal, considering we sell them at work. :smiley10:

A month‽:A very happy one at that. Nostalgia is not something I'm into, but, man, to see the Plaza as it was gave my heart a massive leap. It's been great catching up with old IC and RL characters. A little happiness in a hard world goes a long, long way. Well done!

And what a month it has been. :smiley8: They're not singular events, but my favorite memories of the NuPlaza so far would have to be a three-way tie between having the Lore fora back, recognizing lots of old surnames (plus other people recognizing mine), and the number of coming out posts we had in OOME, especially over the first few days.
