No, I am not west of the Blue Mountains.
I am west of the Misty Mountains.
I am north of the White Mountains.
It does not state that I am a natural geographical feature, but I would lean towards not.
I am west of the Brandywine.
I am east of the Tower Hills.
I am not inhabited usually, but was for a short time at one point.
Yes, in the vicinity of Lake Evendim.

To clarify, the term "vicinity" typically refers to a 50-mile radius. And so, I will say rather that I am close to the Lake Evendim region, but not its neighbour.
