Plaza Election 4.5: Results!

Hi all, I closed the poll a little bit ago and can now announce our two incoming admins who will be joining Windy for the remainder of the current admin term:

Congrats to these two, and another big thank-you to all our nominees for taking the time to participate and being willing to take on an admin role. We'll sort out the logistics of getting the right forum roles applied and whatnot over the next couple days, and from there I will likely fade out a bit and let our new team of Romeran, Sil and Windy take the lead on things while I spend the next several weeks carefully deliberating which thread in Khazad-Dum to go post in.

So I think that is that! Please welcome our new (and new-to-2022) admins and wish em well - and as before I'd like to hear what people thought of the voting process etc this time around, so please let me know how you found the experience and anything you think we should try differently next time.

(A note on the results -- I'll be making the full poll results available to the nominees if they wish to see them, which will show the full nominee ranking but no individual ballots and no identifying info of anyone who voted).

Rome, I regret we haven't had much chance to interact because I've been absent but I can see you've had a positive impact on the community with your levelheaded and thoughtful responses. I'm very excited to see you bring those qualities to the admin team! I have no doubt you're going to fill those shoes just fine.

Sil, it's wonderful to see you back in your admin hat (or splendorous plumage?) again bringing your calm, open-minded attitude, warmth and enthusiasm along for the ride. (also representing the birds! )
