You are correct, @Boromir88! It is Lossarnach, a land of valleys which was named for its flowers. (Bonus fact: according to "The Rivers and Beacon-hills of Gondor", published in Vinyar Tengwar 42, the people of Minas Tirith frequently visited Lossarnach "to see the flowers and trees".)
