1. How many times have you changed your plaza name? Uh, once or twice officially. I started as Artinas and switched to Dimcairien after about a year. Don't remember if I had the last name then or not. There might have been a time or two I switched for Halloween reasons, but I can't recall those.
2. If you could spend one day with any one famous person, who would it be and why? (living or dead) Maybe CS Lewis? He is the first author that I really got into.
3. Did you in your wildest dreams imagine that Narv of all people would be the saviour of the Plaza? Nope. Like Eldy, I assumed it was gone for good. At least something beautiful has come out of this quarantine.

Fairy: I really like your current name, it is what I know you as, but I do also remember thinking back in the day how pleasant-sounding the name Starbreeze was.

1. How many times have you changed your plaza name? Too many times to count each individual one, but the main variations went from scarecrow, to Scary, to Took, to Dwimmerlaik, to Ghost at the end there. With other surnames and things in between.
2. If you could spend one day with any one famous person, who would it be and why? (living or dead) This answer would change as the times change, but right now I think Elon Musk would have extremely interesting and relevant things to say, and to sit and hear the things he's planning and discussing with Tesla and SpaceX and the US government would be quite fascinating.
3. Did you in your wildest dreams imagine that Narv of all people would be the saviour of the Plaza? History became legend...legend became myth. And for two and a half thousand years the Plaza passed out of all knowledge. Until, when chance came, it ensnared a new bearer! The Plaza came to the creature Narv. My precious....
Well I am glad it has come to this.

1. Not many because I can't really remember any others lol. Although when Finny was around back in the day, we would change our names together to match a theme. Dr. Jekyll and Mrs. Hyde come to mind during Halloween one year.
2. Andy Serkis. He seems like a genuinely cool person to hang out with.

1. How many times have you changed your plaza name?

Pretty sure it is over 200 times. A lot of that, to be fair, was during Freedom Week. I had a fan club which mostly tracked my name changes. Personal highlights included Moist Von Lipwig , methuSILah, and Purrsephone. oh, and Sil_d_one.

2. If you could spend one day with any one famous person, who would it be and why? (living or dead) Jesus of Nazareth, then I would gain much wisdom and write the infamous but completely accurate Fifth Gospel of Sil and the become wildly famous myself, also possibly excommunicated and burned as a witch who knows

3. Did you in your wildest dreams imagine that Narv of all people would be the saviour of the Plaza? My wild dreams about Narv mostly involve ducks

1. How many times have you changed your plaza name? Not many, I settled into Aerlinn, added the Mordagnir, and maybe used an NPCs name once or twice. Must admit to a hint of jealousy at names like Flame Fried Ent and Fairy Nuff now--why wasn't I a sillier teenager?
2. If you could spend one day with any one famous person, who would it be and why? (living or dead) Terry Pratchett comes to mind. Or, ah! Edvard Grieg.
3. Did you in your wildest dreams imagine that Narv of all people would be the saviour of the Plaza? Wildest dreams? I would have been shocked just to see an active Plaza discord server. 1500 posts in two days thanks to Narv--unbeconcievable!

Peer gynt suite ftw!

1. Once, I once was Numenor12, then changed it to Rivvy Elf after I entered imladris following the fall of gondolin rpg

2. Cao Cao if I could communicate to him in Classical Han language. He wrote poetry while commanding military campaigns.

3. Nope, I thought Foo would save it to be perfectly honest

1. How many times have you changed your plaza name? More than anyone can probably remember but not as many as some have done.
2. If you could spend one day with any one famous person, who would it be and why? (living or dead) Lucille Ball - because she was hilarious.
3. Did you in your wildest dreams imagine that Narv of all people would be the saviour of the Plaza? My dreams have never been that wild.

2. If you could spend one day with any one famous person, who would it be and why? Patrick Stewart
3. Did you in your wildest dreams imagine that Narv of all people would be the saviour of the Plaza? No but my winged rainbow-coloured unicorn says she did.

1. How many times have you changed your plaza name? Hmm I think once, from Dragonslayer to Daghul
2. If you could spend one day with any one famous person, who would it be and why? (living or dead) Steven Amell because I think the Green Arrow is awesome, and he is awesome with his fans. If I could just learn a bit from him that would be awesome.
3. Did you in your wildest dreams imagine that Narv of all people would be the saviour of the Plaza? So this one time I had a dream where three Narv sized ducks created a website... haha nope, but I have to say it is awesome! Good Job!

1. What three kingdoms did you spend the most time in when you were most active on old plaza? The Shire, Fangorn and either Isengard or Rohan - Isengard in the first few years, Rohan later on.
2. If you could live in any fictional world or setting what would it be? Any? I would probably do best in Tortall (Tamora Pierce), though a part of me would love to be on the crew of The Enterprise D or Voyager
3. Were you ever married on the plaza (that weird wedding page) and if so, to whom? I don't think so. If I was, I don't remember it.

1. What three kingdoms did you spend the most time in when you were most active on old Plaza? Mordor, Rivendell, Lothlorien. Started my Plaza career in Rivvy, moved to Lorien when it opened, then Mordor a bit after. Spent a lot of time outside the kingdoms too though.
2. If you could live in any fictional world or setting what would it be? Probably the Star Wars universe as long ad I can be a force user.
3. Were you ever married on the plaza (that weird wedding page) and if so, to whom? I was married to Miriel for the longest. I think I might have had others though? I don't rightly remember.

1. What three kingdoms did you spend the most time in when you were most active on old plaza? The Shire, Mordor & Gondor. When it went to regions, I spent the most time in Wilderland.
2. If you could live in any fictional world or setting what would it be? The Walking Dead

1. How many times have you changed your plaza name? I have had 3 names, you will freak me out if you know all 3 O.O
2. If you could spend one day with any one famous person, who would it be and why? (living or dead) I already met Joe Abercrombie, but it would be a blast to spend a day roleplaying with him and Naith, that would frigging blow my mind! And the why is obviously cause both have such imaginative minds when it comes to fantasy.
3. Did you in your wildest dreams imagine that Narv of all people would be the saviour of the Plaza? Never. Narv was a goofball, I used to think of him as a Douglas Adams Jr., though I did know he was really smart for his age (hey I knew him when he was like 13!) That he would then grow up to be the next Eru still boggles my mind and I am still waiting for the plaza to implode and there be a banner (badly drawn of course) saying something like HAHA fooled ya! But he was never evil, just silly, so god please.. :P

1. What three kingdoms did you spend the most time in when you were most active on old plaza? Mordor, KD and I guess Lorien, though maybe MT eventually surpassed that?
2. If you could live in any fictional world or setting what would it be? The one Avatar is set on, looks pretty damn purdy. Though ME prolly.
3. Were you ever married on the plaza (that weird wedding page) and if so, to whom? I just saw I was the other day! To Wardancer/Ar-Pharazon

1. What three kingdoms did you spend the most time in when you were most active on old plaza? Mordor, Mordor, and maybe Khazad Dum
2. If you could live in any fictional world or setting what would it be? Why, Middle Earth of course, and I'd want to live in Imaldris. Otherwise, Sword Art Online Game World.
3. Were you ever married on the plaza (the weird wedding page) and if so, to whom? @Dwim 's comment is the best :smiley9: I honestly don't remember my plaA husband's name. I married him a few times. Then I married Dain because we were dating in really life.

1. What three kingdoms did you spend the most time in when you were most active on old plaza? Mordor, Lothlórien, and the third... probably Rohan. But contenders would be Fangorn (I was an Ent for one fantastic weekend), and Isengard.
2. If you could live in any fictional worhld or setting what would it be? The least culture shock would probably be Harry Potter. Because all the modernities I’m used to, plus magic and centaurs and dragons and whatnot.
3. Were you ever married on the plaza (the weird wedding page) and if so, to whom? 7 times. Once to Gumby_elf. 6 times to Phil_d_one.

3. Were you ever married on the plaza (the weird wedding page) and if so, to whom? Yes, I was married I think to Sci, Sardarion Banba, Vugar, Reiks (I think?), and maybe Dwim?

1. What three kingdoms did you spend the most time in when you were most active on old plaza? I was never hugely active on the role-playing side of things, but I made appearances in Gondor, Imladris, and Mordor, and was at different times a member of all three. I was also a member of Rohan and posted there a very little bit. After the changeover to Regions I joined all of them except Eriador.
2. If you could live in any fictional world or setting what would it be? Preferably something not that different from the real world--I'm not all that adventurous--and without any looming world-ending threats. Perhaps a near-future sci-fi setting, though Harry Potter provides some of that same convenience through magic while still basically being our world. (Middle-earth would be a delight to visit but less so to permanently live in.)
3. Were you ever married on the plaza (the weird wedding page) and if so, to whom? I was Plaza-married twice, the first time to Thali Dunami in 2009 and the second to Baingíl Randír in 2011. I was just reminiscing about this yesterday with some non-Plaza online friends; fortunately they didn't seem to weirded out by the marriage system. :smiley15:

1. What three kingdoms did you spend the most time in when you were most active on old plaza? Lothlorien was my main haunt, but I know I showed up in Mordor and probably the Shire at some point. I know stayed away from Gondor cause it always seemed to complicated to me.
2. If you could live in any fictional world or setting what would it be? I have a feeling the only true answer is Middle Earth, and I have a feeling that specific location would probably be Lothlorien. :)
3. Were you ever married on the plaza (the weird wedding page) and if so, to whom? I don't think so, but I know I got adopted into Aisil/Melwen's family at some point.

2. If you could spend one day with any one famous person, who would it be and why? (living or dead) Terry Pratchett!!

1. What's your favourite thread from the new version of the Plaza? Too early to say! I am terribly happy to be back in the Pits though.
2. How often are you reading Tolkien's books and/or watching PJ's movies these days? I'm due to go through the movies again, and I haven't done a straight read of the LotR in years, mostly reading bits/using all the books (Hobbit, LotR, Sil, the complete HoME) for reference
3. What's the oddest or most fun thing you've done during COVID lockdown? I just finished doing a full two day virtual stage combat workshop and it was glorious

1. What's your favourite thread from the new version of the Plaza? This might be shilling, but I've really enjoyed the catching up thread in OOME. It's great to hear from other people, especially since I've been out of the loop even on FB for a while.
2. How often are you reading Tolkien's books and/or watching PJ's movies these days? I've been checking things in the books more frequently than usual lately because of a personal writing project, and I reread The Lost Road and The Notion Club Papers in their entirety. I haven't watched the LOTR movies in almost four years; it's about time for another go if I can get the TV for long enough on consecutive days. (I have no intention of watching The Hobbit again.)
3. What's the oddest or most fun thing you've done during COVID lockdown? Get sucked back into the world of Internet forums when my first online community was unexpectedly revived.

2. How often are you reading Tolkien's books and/or watching PJ's movies these days? Uhh books once every few years, movies once a year or so.
3. What's the oddest or most fun thing you've done during COVID lockdown? Quarantine in a room for so far 8 of 14 days with 4 other guys waiting to be let freeeeee

2. How often are you reading Tolkien's books and/or watching PJ's movies these days? not a lot to be honest, I rarely watch anything on TV and my TBR pile is so massive that going back to reread something is basically suicide.
3. What's the oddest or most fun thing you've done during COVID lockdown? working in a university building that is completely empty for half my shift. The building is massive, three stories with at least 2 dozen classrooms, 20 professor offices, yet it's utterly abandoned right now, just right for creepy stories to emerge.

1. What's your favourite thread from the new version of the Plaza? Thief Hunt for me too, so far. And I'm glad to see CoLP growing with everyone's original work.
2. How often are you reading Tolkien's books and/or watching PJ's movies these days? My job sometimes leaves me with a lot of time to listen to stuff, and I've been using it to "re-read" things through audiobooks. So I listened my way through the trilogy and Silmarillion about a year ago? Oh, and I started The Story of Kullervo! but I got bogged down in the essay section several months back and picked up Mistborn instead.
3. What's the oddest or most fun thing you've done during COVID lockdown? It's a complete cliche, but I picked up the guitar sort of seriouslyish and am trying to learn Studio Ghibli songs via Youtube. :smiley9:

2. How often are you reading Tolkien's books and/or watching PJ's movies these days? I haven't done either in years *hides face*, but I'm listening to the audiobooks now. And there are plans to watch the LOTR movies with the roommates sometime soon.

1. What three kingdoms did you spend the most time in when you were most active on old plaza? Lórien, Rivendell, and Mordor
2. If you could live in any fictional world or setting what would it be?
Some locations in ME would be great, but I'd miss modern technology too much.
3. Were you ever married on the plaza (the weird wedding page) and if so, to whom?
No, I don't think so!

1. What's your favourite thread from the new version of the Plaza? Thief Hunt, probably! I'm just typing what comes to mind so it's practically word vomit, but the fun kind.
2. How often are you reading Tolkien's books and/or watching PJ's movies these days? Not often...
3. What's the oddest or most fun thing you've done during COVID lockdown? I've been playing Sekiro, which is so hard that I have to alternate it with Minecraft or something else because if not, I might go crazy. It's fun, but also odd because it might count as torture.

Just realised I somehow missed Reikon's questions haha!

1. What three kingdoms did you spend the most time in when you were most active on old plaza? Morder, KD, and Mordor (It really was just two)
2. If you could live in any fictional world or setting what would it be? frigging HOGWARTS!!
3. Were you ever married on the plaza (the weird wedding page) and if so, to whom? Yes, I think a few times but the last one I remember being married to was Amalric

1. What's your favourite thread from the new version of the Plaza? MorPix, obviously *cough cough*
2. How often are you reading Tolkien's books and/or watching PJ's movies these days? Every year I say to myself 'I must reread lotr this year!!' and then I don't. Does that count? I do re-watch the movies every 2 years or so though.
3. What's the oddest or most fun thing you've done during COVID lockdown? Probably the most fun thing is a zoom meet with my old WoW guildies who I hadn't seen in years where we played Cards against humanity and Jackbox games. Hadn't laughed so much in such a long time. Covid's brought together a whole bunch of people I haven't spoken to in years, so in that aspect, it's kind of great :P

Great to read the cool stuff you've all been up to during lockdown times.

Of all the surreal things we could imagine experiencing during a time like this, having the Plaza brought back in original kingdom format by Narv is one we surely never could have guessed! So for that reason, the next questions go to @Eldy Dunami, for being the first one to mention that in her answer. :smiley10:

1. What's your favourite thread from the new version of the Plaza? Hobbit Insanity
2. How often are you reading Tolkien's books and/or watching PJ's movies these days? Annually, as usual
3. What's the oddest or most fun thing you've done during COVID lockdown? Besides this? I was given an Eye of Sauron baby wrap so have learned how to tie a child to my back with it.

1. What other websites do you spend the most time on these days? does Facebook count? :smiley8:
2. What music are you listening to right now / did you listen to most recently? Handel's Water Music
3. Who is Middle-earth's greatest heartthrob and why is it Gollum? he is endearing because of the complexity of his split personalities. His big beautiful eyes, the color of cornflowers, pierces you to the soul. His hair, a strangely thread of dirt laden strings. The very bones of his hands, portruding through his skin just sends shivers down your spine. All that together how could he not be a heartbreaking thob.

1. What other websites do you spend the most time on these days? Probably either kongregate or youtube
2. What music are you listening to right now / did you listen to most recently? Weirdly I haven't listened to much music lately, since I mostly listen in the car and I'm not driving much (thanks quarantine). The Hamilton soundtrack was probably most recent.
3. Who is Middle-earth's greatest heartthrob and why is it Gollum? I mean, he only has six teeth. What more do you want in a heartthrob?

1. What other websites do you spend the most time on these days? News pages, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Reddit
2. What music are you listening to right now / did you listen to most recently? Most recent song I chose to listen to was Do I Wanna Know by Arctic Monkeys. The last album I listed to was the RotK soundtrack (the first time I've listened to it in years).
3. Who is Middle-earth's greatest heartthrob and why is it Gollum? Because nothing is more attractive than a grey complexion and a sickening, gurgling cough.
