For Recap's Sake:

1. Yes, this individual dies on-page
2. I am not aligned with the forces of Sauron
3. No, I did not speak directly to any of the Fellowship
4. It's not explicitly stated in the text, but one has to assume the answer is yes
5. To my knowledge I am not described as any larger than the average human, so I'm gonna say no to this question
6. It was never specified in the text, so I'm going to say, no island living for yours truly
7. No, I am not human
8. I am not alive during the Third Age
9. I am not one of the Maiar
10. I am not Maeglin
11. No, my name does not start with an 'A'
12. No, I was not alive in the Second Age
13. I am not Maedhros
14. Yes, I am in league with Morgoth

and now:
15. Yes, I am bipedal

No, not Gothmog. I realized later that this could not be the answer to who am I. This character had no name except Captain of Morgoth (A leader of the Orcs at the Nirnaeth); more so a title. Captain of Morgoth is in The Silmarillion, The Children of Húrin and HoME vol.11.

edit - Gothmog was a Balrog in the First Age.

Are you an orc?

26a. Yes, I am an orc

Frost: I hadn't expected my guess would have been right. It was for me a shot in the dark, with admittingly the help from Tolkien Gateway. Thanks!

Following Frost's starting example, as we had a Who question, I am moving the What question:

So what am I?

@Après moi le déluge barristan was setup as an ecthelion in martial skills and died to a bunch of unnamed mooks without leaving a hill of bodies, widely considered as one of the most underwhelming deaths in the tv show. The answer would’ve been “yes” because at least the orc died to a famous warrior. As for why I asked, there are differences in death (old age, illness, battle, etc) particularly death in battle. The difference between Orodreth and Fingon’s death. Was the death worthy of song or of scorn? Does that help clarify the asking of the question?

@Aikári Salmarinian are you capitalized in writing in Tolkien’s works?

Rivvy: I'm quite aware of what you were trying to say in your previous post, my question was more a philosophical "why" than a practical one. I think your attempt at being clever was a bit flat-footed and overreached, but that's neither here nor there because your question came after the correct guess so there is no answer to give and we're off to the races on another question.

So...
Are you an object of significance to the Eldar?

Frost's question: 1. I could have a sort of relation to the Eldar, but sadly to say I am not.

Rivvy's question: I always capitalise the first letter of words in any significant work, such as 'Lay of Leithian'. But I don't understand if yours is now related to the new question. If it is...
2. Aye I could be capitalised if you wish me to be.

@Aikári Salmarinian Yup, I was asking a question on your object.

Here's another question: can the object be used as a reliable weapon?
