it probably goes without saying and I am rather late to share but I thought I'd drop in and say I have been slowly becoming a bit treeish and have faded into a nice, quiet retiremENT. I'm sure I'll drop by now and again but I don't expect to be here very much with any regularity. wishing you all the very best! :heartthrob:

I feel old just thinking about it! :googly: But it is strange how we change less than we think we will...Back then I couldn't even imagine making it this far, lol.

Morfindel: Don't you think I feel old sometimes at 48? I was 28 when I joined back in 2004. Except for short periods I have been mostly around, active. But I don't myself be defeated by the age I have. The fifty is soon upon me. Well it will be a new decade with new experiences.

Aikari: Very true. Age is relative, and like Elves we can be both old and young!

Fuin, that was one of only about three posts! :smooch: I missed you.
Everyone, Rl is a bit too intense these days, and I can no longer bridge the gap right now.

All, whatever your bleedin denomination, faith, or pagan practice: Merry Christmas!

:rage:
Well I've wandered back in again for a pick. I've been a busy fool on my end I thank you for the Christmas wishes. I hope you are doing well and that I will see you at some point!

Hey everyone! Wanted to give you all a quick update. I have not fallen off the face of the earth or died in some fiery miasma. It's been a weird 7 days for me though, too weird and complex to get into now. The long and short of is I have a new job (technically I've had 2 new jobs, told you it was complex) and I need to readjust the work/life balance. I need to figure out how much time I can devote to give the quality that I want to give the Plaza. Like I said, I'm not leaving, and I want to continue all the things I've started recently. Just be patient with me whilst I get things balanced and in order.

I promise not to colonize Mordor while you are busy. O my, the idea is so tempting. As you are aware, the place is almost entirely abandoned. But I know you will return, so I do not dare.

Good luck!

I just realized I posted in the wrong thread, whoops  Anyway I know I kinda fell off the face of the planet there for uh... *counts and winces* FOUR years, ouch, but life has calmed down so I'm back! My son is out of the toddler stage meaning I have a lot more time to do well, literally anything else lol. That coupled with a job change that's finally setlled down has helped a lot too recently. It's probably too late to jump back into my old RP stuff, but I'll try to come up with some new characters soon and jump back into threads! I've missed you all.

Also, grats on the new job Frost! That's so exciting!

Welcome back, @Giliathriel!

@The Good Hunter - I have been on adventures with Fafhrd and Grey Mouser. I had to change the paddles and boat for skis and poles. It has been quite enjoyable.

Good luck with your juggling.
