Admin Elections 3: Questions/Discussion Go Here

Greetings all,
Webster's defines 'Democracy' as 'The thing that's happening now, in this thread, so let's get on with it'. So let's get on with it: our third Plaza Election!
Between now and June 5th, please send up to FOUR admin nominations to lotrplazaelection [at] gmail.com, using this kinda format for each if you like:
Your Plaza Username:
Plaza Name of your Nominee:
[Optional] brief description of why you are nominating them:
Again, that email is a private one that only Narv has access to. So please don't post nominations here, but do feel free to say that you sent them in so I can confirm that they got through correctly. As ever, self-nominations are heartily encouraged if you feel like giving adminning a try!
From June 5th to 7th, I'll get in touch with the nominees to find out if they're interested in accepting the nomination and be included on the ballot. If they are, I'll ask them to write a little blurb like these ones (FYI for any repeat nominees, I hereby declare copy/pasting blurbs from last time to be entirely acceptable and perhaps even commendable for the efficiency it demonstrates)
Then from June 8th to 12th, we'll vote! As before, you’ll be able to cast four votes. Your top choice will get 4 points, your second 3, your third 2 and your last choice will get 1 point.the top three vote-getters get in no matter what, and then the fourth is chosen by me. The last 2 times I've taken the bold choice of taking the next highest vote-getter for my Narv Pick, but I may also take things like availability, needed skills, or general mixing-it-up-ness into account.
And finally from June 13th to the end of the month we'll transition in the new crew - how long exactly that will take will of course somewhat depend on how many new admins we have coming on board (last election was a pretty easy transition phase for me, I will admit..). As before, the team decided here will have a go at it for 6 months.
